THE FULL PRICE OF A NUC IS $250. A $100 deposit per nuc is required to reserve your bees for the spring. The remaining $150 is due on pick up.

- 1 marked Ontario Queen
- 2 frames of brood

- Comes in a Nuc Box for easy transport
May nucs have an overwintered 2024 mated & marked queen.
June nucs have a new 2025 mated & marked queen.
Our bees are selected for gentleness, honey production, and wintering ability. They are registered and inspected.

TRANSPORT: Nucs come in a reusable, sealed box for easy transportation. You are picking up live bees, which are prone to overheating during travel. Transport is arranged by you and at your own risk. We are not responsible for bees that overheat once they leave our care.
EQUIPMENT: Our nucs are strong and the bees will need more room right away. Nucs will need to be transferred into 10 frame equipment.
REGISTRATION: All bees in Ontario must be registered through OMAFRA. Registration is free.
IMPORTANT: Deposits on Nucleus Hives are not refundable. Any issues or concerns must be brought to attention within 48 hours of pick up.
